Terms of Service

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site, App, or Extension.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zoo Page Marketing (“Zoo Page”, “we”) products, including:

• Our website at https://zoopage.vn;
• Our web application at https://app.zoopage.vn; and
• The related Chrome browser extension (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Services

Zoo Page provides tools to help manage and automate permitted Facebook Fanpage marketing workflows, subject to feature availability and plan limits. Depending on your plan, features may include:

• Multi-channel posting and content scheduling for Fanpages and connected platforms;
• Content libraries, media management, and Fanpage administration helpers;
• Audience organization and engagement utilities you explicitly initiate;
• Advertising productivity tools (for example Ad Library research and campaign management);
• Optional integrations with services such as Buffer, Pancake, TikTok, and YouTube when you connect them.

A free tier is available with core tools; optional paid plans (for example VIP or Gold) may unlock additional features as described in the App. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Third-party platforms

The Services interoperate with third-party websites and platforms (including Meta/Facebook). You must comply with those platforms’ terms, community standards, developer policies, and applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your activity on third-party services and for ensuring you have rights to the content and data you process. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Meta, Facebook, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or to violate others’ rights;
• Use the Services to collect, exfiltrate, or misuse personal data without a lawful basis or in violation of platform rules;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems except as permitted by law;
• Misrepresent your identity or manipulate platform integrity (including fake engagement, fake reviews, or inauthentic activity);
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures of the Services or third-party platforms;
• Share credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

Automation and audience features must be used only for lawful marketing purposes and in compliance with applicable platform policies. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published through the Services.

5. Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. The Extension does not require your Facebook password; it operates within your existing browser session on Facebook. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at [email protected].

6. Fees

Core registration and basic tools may be free with usage limits. Paid plans (for example VIP or Gold) may apply as described at checkout or in the App. Taxes may be added where required. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Services, branding, and related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to host and process it as needed to operate the Services.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, reach, or platform API availability.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS USD), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of business or residence, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
